DAZN has a lot more invested in RG at this stage and are yet to break even. The fighters are tied to the promoters and the promoters are tied to the networks. It would be nice if it was as simple as you want it to be but the ****s complicated

Let me say it again mate, if dazn is NOT PUTTING ANY MONEY into the promotion, why should they make any money? It’s all about contributing. As above, I’ll say again, if one side is putting up all the money then that’s who has the rights. Dazn didn’t put one shilling into the Charlo-Munguia proposed fight, it even a pocket full of lent. Nothing in life is free

NO ONE IS PUTTING UP ANY MONEY until they can agree on who gets distribution rights. The promoters have agreed to terms but like it or not they are contracted to different networks. Espinoza saying Garcia isn’t exclusive to DAZN doesn’t make it true. If it were true the fight would be announced on Showbox alteady. Showtime doesn’t have any leverage over DAZN in this situation. They have to sit down and iron it out or else……..

If he takes Ryan to Showtime and cuts DAZN out of the fight he fractures that relationship. Which effects the rest of his roster. They have to find a way to make it a joint broadcast.

In the end DAZN gonna go bankrupt they are BLEEDING money in the hundreds of millions yearly. They overpaid for boxers no one will pay to watch on their little app and obscure rights to sports in countries no one watches them. If you a fighter that signed with them that’s your own fault if u can’t get the fights you want.
