Easy money for Haney. Decisions Loma. 3-4 points.

The size, age and style match up favors Haney. I think Loma will be the more aggressive and active of the two, but Haney is a solid counter puncher who knows how to control the distance. Yes he gets hit, but Loma's power may not be as effective against Haney who is considerably bigger at Lightweight. I think it will be a close fight, but Loma's path to victory will mean he has to fight a perfect fight, outland Haney and make him miss. At 34 the clock is ticking. If he wants to fulfill his dream of becoming undisputed he would have a much better chance at 130.

Haney is teo and Ortiz combined . He probably don't hit as hard but that still doesn't mean he won't feel anything.lomq has the skills and experience vs Haney's speed and size. If loma is gonna be gunshy then it ain't gonna happen but if he goes guns blazing it will.

I don't care who wins. The important thing is it's not a fantasy fight. It will happen.
So you better be ready to be man enough to give credit where credit is due, to the winner.

Haney's size is important but not because of punching power. If one watches the Ukraine group, including Alexander Usyk and Loma they are closet physical fighters... They love to impose themselves when they are able to do so. That is why Haney's size matters. Loma cannot do that with Haney.

In any combat sport, for me to be able to sell a "jive and a juck" you have to buy it. When Roy could land a hook on you that would let you see the stars... when he feinted you moved! Tarver was so angry at Jones he did not respond to feints and he did not worry about Roy catching him off the ropes...

With Loma, he has to sell a lot of his feints to get into position to cause problems. Haney can basically do what Ortiz did and just ignore Loma's set ups and attack him at will. Haney would do so less than Ortiz but has a jab that can cause the same kind of problems for Loma.

If Loma can deliver that slick left hand that he throws that is short with good timing while able to hurt Haney he has a chance. Speed bothers Loma and I don't see him sustaining an attack like he did in the past. He should drop down but there are no big names at 130
