Nate is like the dream opponent for Jake. 37 year old washed up MMA punchbag who all the casuals have heard of. Bonus points for being slow as molasses, pillow fisted and with a tendency to spend half his fights showboating and giving people the finger.

The schtick is getting very tired. Hes trying to damage the credibility of a different sport and embarrass old greats from it without having the balls to actually step into that arena for real. Meanwhile hes competing full time in a sport where he is basically refusing to face anyone who also competes in it full time. It all just feels exploitative and cowardly, tiptoeing between two things to try and make himself look good.

The one thing in Nates favor is he is a dog and if he got into his best shape he could possible dog it out because Jake is a fake, if Silva had of let his hands go he could have won , maybe he was paid to lose who knows.

But that doesn't excuse him from not fighting a pro career boxer. My point still stands - he wont fight anyone who is native to his wheelhouse without handicapping them like a guy who has a sword only fighting guys with pocket knives and unwilling to fight with a pocket knife against a guy with a sword. Or even a sword vs a sword or a pocket knife vs a pocket knife! He is a fking circus act coward!
