Katsidis got hit with alot of punches from escobedo only difference was escobedo didn't threw enough and didn't have no pop to back him away. Katsidis was open all night long for the uppercut something JMM will capitalize and finish the fight around rd 6-9 with a tko from an amazing uppercut like in the diaz fight.

Marquez don't have anything to prove in LW he should just fight hatton beat him make some money (he really deserves it) since hatton has a large fanbase and then retire, if not go for Urango's title capture it retire with a 4 belt in a 4th division.
    co-sign!
jmm can snatch khan's or urango's belt.
    or hatton for a payday.
ricky needs to redeem himself and will pay jmm good $$$.
also, jmm myt find it disadvantageous to go down in weight so soon to fyt at lw.

hi sam... how hav u been?

i dont question JMM's heart & all, but i think after facing the big boys in the big league the last few years, he wouldnt hav the right mindset to face a fighter of katsidis' standing...

specially @ 36 years of age...

Where is all this coming from?

Based on their last few fights, how can anyone think that Katsidis would beat Marquez?

Marquez is one of the most dedicated and professional guys in the sport. If he signs to fight Katsidis you can be sure that he will prepare himself to give himself the best possible chance to win the fight.

Stylistically JMM is a horrible matchup for Katsidis. Add to that the fact that Marquez is the superior fighter and it doesn't look too good for Kat.

Would like to see him unify the belts at 135 with Valero or at least defend the WBO against Katsidis. Marquez does not belong above 135lbs and probably was at his best at 126 or 130.

If JMM does not defend his belt Katsidis will become full WBO champion and can probably face Valero to unify.

If Marquez lost to Katsidis, I'd say he's shot, but that won't happen. I think it would be an okay fight.

Hatton wouldn't dream of fighting a guy that almost beat Pac. Like I said before; If he comes back, it's gonna be an easier fight like Diaz or even Malignaggi II.

I'd like to see a Katsidis-Valero fight, with the winner getting JMM.

Although I wouldn't complain if the Marquez - Katsidis fight gets made.
