The Conor Benn plan of action.

    - Relinquish his license.
    - Complicate the investigation.
    - Claim he unknowingly ingested the substance.
    - Claim contamination.
    - Attempt to discredit VADA and the BBBofC.
    - Apply legal pressure to both orgs.
    - Ensure the B sample never see’s the light of day.
    - Suggest the system is working against him.
    - Play the mental health card.
    - Refuse to answer any unconstrained media questions.
    - Disappear from the public eye until people have forgotten or are past caring.

The worst thing is, it’ll probably work. He’ll probably successfully re-apply for a licence in 2023 after some sort of shadow ban.

I'm not a UK resident, so I have little interest in this topic. I meant in relation to having no clue to local boxing history like about his old man, Eubank Jr's, etc. Even before the drug violation, I'm not a fan of over-protected fighters, which Benn is one. And I put that on Hearn.

Why wouldn't he? Every other drug cheat did that and it worked. I'm actually sort of surprised the Benn backlash has lasted this long and people are this vocal.

I’ve gotta admit, I didn’t think going on Piers Morgan would be part of the plan.

He probably fights Pac. Why would someone not cheat in boxing?

The cheating isn’t the problem. It’s the way he’s handled it. He’s a PR disaster.
