It means that Conor doesn't even want to attempt to defend himself. That means he knows he's guilty and would rather not participate in questioning.

So it looks like Benn will have to go abroad to fight as I can't see young Edward bringing in another commission (as much as we know he'd like to!) knowing that he denied he thought about it in the hours after the ban...Maybe Conor can fight Spence or Ennis as both are looking for a top contender.

He’s gets gaffled if he fights either one, I would think they would sideline him and wait to take on more scrubs while figuring out a way to safely juice before putting him in with someone hey gets goomed by

He has no license so it cannot be suspended now. This is damage control.

He is a cheater and was busted. His team, Hearn included, clearly advised him this was the best route to go.

He'll lay low for a year, clean out his system, pass a couple tests and apply for a license again.
