If Bivol had fought Beterbiev and lost, he would have thrown millions down the toilet that he made from the Canelo fight. Bivol's team knew were the money. It's a good thing you are not Bivol's management team. This is the same thing that happened when Bradley backed away from fighting Khan because he was told he would make 5 million to instead fight Pac and made far more than that. I guarantee you if you had Boxing business sense, you would targeted the Canelo payday over the far less amount the Beterbiev fight would have paid. Consider yourself informed.
Good to know Bivol, like everyone around that weight class doesn't want to risk anything over that Canelo payday. Greed wins again.

It's not greed, it's like any of us here on this message board taking a higher paying job over a lesser paying job when presented with two job offers. Canelo is the money machine that everyone wants to fight.

Well Bivol is going to go down in history as being the 175 titlist that beat a smaller 168 champion and never unifying the division. But hey at least his bank account is looking good.

Gtfoh and fight Beterbiev then. You're one belt merchant for years.

Canelo should return to 160 to be undisputed or stay at 168 to be SMW GOAT.

If Bivol was such a big deal to Canelo why did he take the third fight with GGG? All that fight proved was that it should have never happened.

When did Bivol retire??? Who is saying he won't unify and try to unify? Assuming he even gets past Zurdo which is not a given like some people think.

Bivol has the upper hand, already beat Canelo.

Of course, he has a potentially tougher fight than some might think coming up against Zurdo.

Zurdo is big, strong, hits hard throws volumes of punches, and believes in himself and that could make it a tough fight for Bivol, especially if Bivol stays in the pocket too long at any point.
