There's nothing stopping Wilder's team contacting AJ's team to see if they're interested. Both fighters want it.

The WBC has already mandated the Ruiz vs Wilder fight ,where was Finkle immediately after the Helenius win ? Every time Joshua has other plans or they team Wilder has a fight lined up they come out of hiding .

Why bother to say anything? Wilder clearly has decided on his path as has Joshua. Can't see them ever fighting unless it is for undisputed and that never happened last time

After Joshua's losses and breakdown the route won't involve such a dangerous man as Wilder.

Exactly. Boxing in the usa without wilder moves on. Hearn and the boxing establishment can’t take Joshua being swatted out in one round. That’s literally what they are afraid of. If Joshua loses on devastating fashion the gravy train is done. Interestingly enough, Joshua can easily ko wilder if he lands. It’s a fight they should have already happened and one that I think is as close to a gossip as you can get. Neither man can take the others power and it’s about who lands first

If Wilder or Joshua loses, the heavyweight division still has Fury, Usyk, Joyce, Dubois, Ruiz, Whyte, Hrgovic, Sanchez, Chisora, Parker... Did you say the USA moves on? Who are the heavyweights from the USA? I guess there is Ruiz.

I'd happily see Wilder vs Joshua or Wilder vs Usyk. I'm not holding my breath though. We'll most likely see Wilder vs Ruiz, and even then I'd be a little surprised at the risk Wilder would be taking on.

Every report is indicating that he will be fighting Ruiz under the PBC umbrella. I would be more than surprised if this fight gets made next.

This Finkel fella needs Hearn again. He can't make Wilder earn more than $1 mil per fight on PBC cards.

Wilder/Ruiz is a good fight! I do understand if Wilder looks at Usyk or Joshua though. Wilder beating Ruiz gets him mandatory position for a 4th Fury fight so I’m not sure he would entertain that (Wish he was 212-214 for the 2nd/3rd Wilder fights). Neither he nor Joshua hold any belts so why not make it happen now? It is still a huge $ fight. Well a Usyk fight would get him the other 3 belts that would then make a 4th Fury fight the only option. I’d prefer Fury/Usyk happens in Spring so Wilder fight Ruiz or Joshua are the best options money wise. Beating Ruiz would be a huge win considering Ruiz dropped Joshua 4 times & stopped him in 7. With all the he said, she said BS preventing big fights from happening in recent years it finally looks like some good HW matchups could be finally on the horizon… Realistically Joshua probably should try get a confidence building win like Wilder got against Helenius.
