Maybe these guys not worried about legacy, place in boxing history, etc. They both can retire now and live well. It's not like the days of Sugar Ray Robinson when many fighters were literally hungry. Now fighters retire with 35-40 or less fights. Robinson had 201 pro fights, Julio C Chavez had 115. Legacy for Spence & Crawford far down on the list in comparison.

Once I started seeing posts about Charlo saying cr@p to spence about 154 and not even against Charlo himself. I knew they/Spence were looking for a way out. To d@mn fragile cause of social media and Spence decided to run..

Can't hide forever...Boots is waiting on the other side. Spence now has to decide if he gets whooped by the p4p or the next gen lol.

Spence & Charlo's are running out of exists...

The middle men and 'i' dotters creating so much BS has mucked up more than one great fight. You can't expect Crawford, at 35, to wait forever until he ages out. He has to stay busy. I don't blame him. Unlike Joshua though, Spence still has his belts and O's. Boxing.

Terrance Crawford literally became a free agent specifically to get the fight with Errol Spence. You may have missed it but there was no other way to get the fight.

There's no way for us to know the truth of the matter at this point - maybe ever- but here's the problem: Mandatories. I feel this is probably the death knell for Crawford-vs Spence, at least at 147. So, that means no undisputed between these guys at 147.

If Crawford can fight on Dec 3rd, why couldn't the Crawford-Spence fight still have have happened this year instead of putting it off until 2023?

Wait forever? How is December to February forever, it's only two months and I'm sure Crawford would have gotten paid a hell of a lot more. I never thought that Crawford was afraid but this move makes me wonder.

We need to know what Crawford agreed to before we say it’s B.S. or not but fighters could be selling us some sh_t as far as I’m concerned. All I know is the fans are being ***’_d again and we want Boots to get a shot at whoever since y’all so called champions can’t get the dam paperwork right!

Bud don’t want the fight. They been sitting on the contracts for 2 weeks and said nothing. TC was using spences name as leverage to get an 8 figure gaurantee to KO another bum. Story of his whole career. Everyone knows Errol would do number on crawford that’s why TC fights Amir khans and mean machine and avensyan instead of any real comp. I hope fhe IBF makes him fight ortiz soon cause Vergil will KO him just watch

All the Crawford groupies trying to blame everyone else but Crawford. Are you serious? Let's take a look at the history. Spence fought everyone in the WW division to become unified champion including some pretty good top level competition. Crawford, is been spoon fed paper champions and B and C level opponents all his career, is 35! I actually thought Crawford was 33 but 35! And has no big fights against other top guys in their prime, his best win is against washed up Porter. Please stop calling this diva P4P, because he's not, does he have some moves, some talent, perhaps, but until you put those skills against top tier opponents, you really don't know if he is as good as groupies claim he is. I say he's the most overrated fighter of this era.....

Seems Spence didn't take active part in the negotiation and just let greedy lawyers decide for him. It's clear as day. How could you let this happen when you yourself admit it's no fun staying in a weight that no longer suit your body? Are you sure you can last for a couple more months?
