Deontay Wilder was literally reborn!

After his loss in the trilogy, he thought about retirement with "85% possibility."

Now he beat another super HW Helenius in the first round. He will fight Ruiz next and most probably KO him. After Ruiz, he can fight Joyce, Usyk or whoever but a weak HW.

Not sure about reborn, but he does seem different — more stable and mature based on what little I’ve seen. I’m not blown away that he KO’d Helenius, but it did happen quicker than I thought it would.

As for the right hand off the ropes, he also used that same punch to give Szpilka a hospital pass, and to give Fury a concussion in the fourth round of their third fight, so I’m not exactly on board with people acting like he’s never been able to use that move before.

He still has a shot at all the belts though.
