That is the fairest anybody can be, at the end of the day he put on a good show and showed great skills and put on a good performance, but the opponent wasn't one of his hardest really so it isn't really career defining or legacy enhancing or anything, just a good win and a good name to have on your resume.

At the end of the day Floyd had a 2 year layoff and came back to show some good skill and still have a lot of if not all his ability left... Floyd doesn't consider it one of his best wins either, he admits he could have done better but thought he might have been rusty... but at the end of the day he performed good saying he has had a comeback fight were he didn't really look like he had been out 2 years.

              Pure PBF Nuthugger

              To King Flawless:

To take PBF's statements at face value is pure fanaticism, or as some people in this forum say is being a 'NutHugger'. It seems plainly obvious that you are one of these people. I think the logic is clear, and the vote is unanimous. PBF had a massive advantage in weight, size, reach and age.

Considering that fights of this magnitude cannot be simply rescheduled in order for a fighter to make weight. JMM, the warrior that he is, accepted the fight anyway. JMM also knows that he is at the twilight of his career, so any amount of money he gets now is a bonus.

This was a stepping stone win for PBF, but many are saying that it was a tarnished win. To say that this was a great win, and to say that it was a fair fight is being a pure 'NutHugger'.

              --Enjoy the nuts!

I honestly reckon Floyd was close to 160, defo no more. He looked bigger and stronger than he's ever looked. But thats understandable, he's 32 now. But man he looked as big as Cotto.

I don't understand why people are in denial about this. The man couldn't make 144 and refused to weigh in a hour before the fight, when he never had a problem doing that before. Plus, he looked significantly bigger than the man who weighed 148 standing across from him. I guess common sense isn't so common anymore.
