Floyd likely wins a decision over the 38 yo Mosley, but you don't really think he could stop him do you? Mosley is much faster than JMM and his chin is tons better as well.

But when Oscar picked Manny to fight, (a bigger man choosing to fight a smaller one), it's interesting that Shane thought nothing was wrong with that.

so weve got steriod freak mosley moaning about pbf wouldnt fight him and instead he fought a much smaller man.shut the f..k up shane,u have been begging pacman for a fight who is the same size as marquez and also uve been going on about that cotto is scared of a rematch with you, which is load of bollocks.cotto would beat shane again and so would mayweather.juice head is ducking out of a fight with clottey right now.i used to be a fan of shane but since taking drugs to win fights shows what sort of man he really is.just remember juice head mosley, marquez was ahead of you in the pound 4 pound ratings and derserved his big shot and a big pay day at a different weight.pacman got it against oscar and marquez took on harder fight with pretty boy,hes respected for that.stop hating and ******* up on ur juice

Of course he didn't. It's also irrelevant. I have no issues with Floyd fighting Marquez in his first fight back - who really expected him to jump in against Mosley right away? But now that he's shaken off the rust...

And just for good measure, have Bhop miss weight on purpose.

              lol..
That's not much of an analogy. Hopkins fights at 175 now not 160. That would be 28 lbs, not 12 like Marquez had to go up.

Also, I don't think his size was as much of a factor as his speed was in the fight. Even though Mayweather is bigger, he was faster and made JMM look slow. It's not like he was pushing JMM around using his weight, he was moving in and out and getting off his shots and then keeping JMM on the outside of his jab.

I realize that JMM's added weight could have slowed him down a bit but he didn't look much slower than he normally does to me.

Don't get me wrong, I love JMM and I take nothing from him. He had some real balls to challenge a bigger guy to a fight at an untested weight. He never gave up and tried his hardest to win the entire fight, even though he barely won a round.

As for the thread, Mosley really wants this fight so let's fookin 'ave it! Ideally for me, I'd like to see Cotto vs. Mayweather. That's a fight that I've wanted to see for years now. If Cotto beats Pac, that fight has to happen!

I believe Oscar actually came in at the agreed weight.

Why would he see something wrong with that? Oscar is his partner so he is going to side with Oscar. And even if he did not agree with it, he would not come out public with it.

I agree. No way does Floyd pull a Gatti on even an old Shane. I don't even think Floyd stops him. Shane is fast enough to give Floyd some problems IMO but I would say Floyd wins a close decision.
