      That was my point.

And Floyd would never do it. Thats why people respect and revere JMM and Pac win or lose and hold Floyd in contempt.
Again, did you forget that Floyd moved through 5 divisions?

He lost nothing in my book as well! But I dont agree that
he did something Floyd didnt do because Floyd has already
moved up 5 divisions and beat everyone EVEN Oscar at 154.
Oscar was already done by then.

Prime Oscar would've been more impressive. And Floyd's a solid WW', he's not small.

I always felt Pac should stay away from Floyd even before the Marquez match-up. Mosley, P-will and Cotto stand the best chance to beat Floyd. Pac wont do it and I'll bet all my points he wont. I'm thinking Pac might not get past Cotto, but that fight is a toss up.

Floyd moved up in weight in his early 20's. His body was growing.

Thats a lot different from a 36 year old guy who's fought at 26' most of his career and just moved up in weight over the last 2 years to chase bigger fights.

              The chronology tells the tale.

In other words, when they're respective bodies filled out for prime natural fighting weight JMM's is 26' and maybe 30' and Floyd is naturally 47' and maybe 54'.

                    Isn't Williams a MW now?

Maybe Floyd should fight Williams. To make up for all his cherrypicking.

Risk.......reward. Shane is looking to cash out on all the years of fighting for small paychecks. Now that wifey is cornholing him financially, he needs big PPV fights, but I don't see him getting one anytime soon. That stunt he pulled is going to give Floyd even more reason to ignore him.
