Juan Manuel Marquez Wants a Ricky Hatton Showdown

I have no interest in a Hatton-JMM fight. As a Marquez fan, I feel like he deserves the payday but 135 is going to be deep as hell. I heard Soto is moving up and JMM can always try to become the first Mexican fighter to win titles in four divisions by fighting Bradley of Alexander. A Hatton victory does nothing for his legacy. JMM has went through a murderer's row of tough fights though so I understand.

I think he can. He couldn't hurt Floyd because he only landed a few flush shots a few times, and Floyd is much bigger than him. JMM was able to KO Diaz and Casamayour. Both of those guys have better chins than Hatton, and Casmayor is way more skilled than Hatton. JMM would come in at 138 and beat Hatton, unless they let Hatton cheat.

Hatton smoothers Marquez NO QUESTION ABOUT IT, then all the Marquez nuthugger will realize that they give him TOOOOO MUUUCCCCHHH credit for his close fights with Pac.

Marquez is a fighter where weight class matters and should stay at 135 or below. Stop trying to accomplish or out due Pac.

Not a bad fight but I do wonder about his reasonings for fights.

I mean these are two big names, big money fights in higher weight classes, bigger guys, and people with connections to Pacman. One he faced just to get another shot at said man, perhaps both?

He'd have done as well to just crack on at LW.
