I give DuBois a lot of slack but to be fair since he is going the Usyk route how many southpaw heavyweights can he fight? Ortiz just fought and so did Martin. The only other one I can think of around that level would be Wallin. I feel like if he truly is willing to fight Usyk soon, then I have no problem with this fight as Lerena is similar in stature to Usyk.

Zhang Kossobutskiy is a southpaw and would give Dubois a boxing lesson.

I m not sure if Larena can take a heavyweight punch.if he can stand in there,he will definitely be a problem for Dubois.Very good match up.

an interesting test for Dubois - I can't see Lerena taking Dubois' shots so he'll have to outbox him - it becomes a puncher vs boxer matchup

He’s in the top 15 of the WBA and Dubois needs a couple of fights at this level before jumping up in quality. However, why not fight Hunter now and Hughie Fury early next year instead? Beat those two and he’ll definitely be better prepared for whoever the belt holder is
