Looking at Tank vs Barrios tells me a lot. Ryan is a faster much more polished version of Barrios although Barrios is bigger (now fighting at 147)

I agree. Tank has a good chance in this fight but he's also breaking his over 5 year streak of fighting fighters ranked outside the top 5 so it could go either way.

Ryan has a lot of physical advantages, but Tank is way more seasoned. I favor Tank, but I actually think this is a risky fight for him.
