I don't need any other example to prove that you're a bit ******ed. You said he has never been hurt, he was hurt by Corley, so you're dead wrong. You said he was never knocked down, he was knocked down by Judah, so you're wrong again. The wise thing for you to do is shut up and accept that you might be an idiot.

No, I didn't say that. You're the idiot, sir.

I chose to make a comment hoping to prove this point: Floyd is capable of being hurt and knocked down... so what? If after 40 pro fights all you've got is being really wobbly once and your glove touches the canvas once; the statement of never being knocked down/hurt is false then the message behind them reigns true.

In case you're wondering; the message is just one on a long list of reasons Floyd is a phenom.

No, I think there is a great chance of Floyd losing to at least one of those fighters. But you know what? I'm not handing him any victory OR any losses. I just want him to prove it. Yes I know he was great at 130 and 135 but I want to see him prove it at welter AGAINST welters or get the **** out of dodge.
No...Floyd would so much dominate guys his size that it is more advantageus for his legacy and what the real boxing fans is for him to fight smaller guys.
I mean when you are a senior in high school why fight another senior that you strongly "believe", or maybe not believe, you will beat when you can fight 9th and 10th graders.
FLOYD IS SO GREAT HE SHOULD RETIRE!
Really.... he should retire because no one his size is worthy.
It is either beat up on little guys or retire. Floyd fans prefer the excitement of the first.

Jesus Christ, yes he's the greatest human being on the planet since Ghandi. Who has he (Mayweather) fought within his own division?

Great post. Sometimes I wonder if these fans even realize what they're arguing.

"Did you see Floyd beat up on that old little guy? No one's touching him!..wait, why should he fight THOSE guys? He'll do the same to them! I'd rather watch him do it to the smaller tykes."

            And they're pleased. Hilarious.

I love this argument. I go back and state wins at lower weight divisions; you state it doesn't matter because he's a WW now. I point out that despite fighting in the WW division; he could easily cut weight and drop a division or maybe even 2 back down and then be on par with Marquez. You cry and point out he was overweight for the fight; and that means it was somehow impossible for him to lose weight. I point out that he has fought people divisions larger than him and all of the WW's people would have him fight are also larger... but it doesn't matter because hatred doesn't follow logic.

Conclusion: Floyd is still great and you're still a hater. I'd say taking to sarcasm after being proven wrong and not debating is a good sign that you should probably pick an argument with somebody else.

Nah I think I think I'll take my chances with you, kinda like going up against a verbal lightweight.

Right again with the hater argument (amateur). If he could so easily cut weight as you profess that he can in your comments, why couldn't he make the stipulated weight against JMM genius?

I love how people confuse basic words in the english language. Could not and did not are not the same thing. I know this can be confusing; being a 5 and 3 letter word and all.

Example: I do not have to go eat right now. I could go eat though, it is approaching lunch time and I'm hungry. I'll go eat.

So what you're saying is that Floyd could've gone down a couple divisions to make things even with Marquez but somehow couldn't get down a couple pounds to the stipulated weight? Interesting guy you are.
