            If you compare Mayweather's power at LW-WW to his power at SFW according to his KO ratio his power never really carried up with his weight.

            27 fights at Super Featherweight with like 20 Stoppages if i'm not mistaken.

            13 fights above Super Featherweight with 4-5 Stoppages.

            It doesn't take a Rocket Scientist to see that Mayweather's power will will never ever be the same at Welterweight as it was in his first 27 fights.
