Vergil Ortiz getting angsty, Oscar better wake the **** up!

Dude, Vergil looking restless and annoyed with not having a fight date set. Oscar better forget about Munguia & Ryan for now b/c the real crown ***el of his stable is Vergil and if he decides to walk then Golden Boy is toast. Eric Gomez and Roberto Diaz better be on the phone w/t DAZN executives pressuring them for a fight date for the kid.

Only way I see him getting big fights is via purse bids.

Although Eddie could work out a deal with Fishnets to feed Conner Benn to him.

Not every fight has to be a step up, keep busy fights also let fighters improve on their craft against similar or different fighting styles and promote themselves in terms of world rankings with media publicity. Reason why he is struggling to get big fights if continues at the rate of fighting just twice a year.

This would be the best time to actually fight 3 times minimum and 4 times maximum, it would be beneficial for him to mix up fighting lower and higher ranked fighters to make specific big fights happen.

Since in the next two-three years he should try to make the most of it since he will likely struggle to make weight after his mid-twenties.

Last time he came at 146.6 lbs (66.5kg) after recovering from a serious illness in rhabdomyolysis which is good sign that he is able to make weight without harming himself, but there will be a time where he will have to move up and he will regret not making the best of it at one of the most stacked divisions.
