You're being hyperbolic. While I respect the risk Marquez took, he lost 12-0, he's 36, and history says it ain't getting any better from here. Conversely, Mosley and Hopkins both won their last fights convincingly and they were already better all-time.

Clottey hadn't fought in nine months either. That is a layoff too. P4P is subjective though. I'm just saying that it is not crazy to have Williams ranked over Cotto. In fact it would be crazy to have Cotto ranked over Williams if Paul dominates Pavlik at a higher weight class. But the haters will come out and say that Pavlik is a bum who already got his ass schooled by B-Hop and was suffering problems with his hand.
