Good article on Floyd’s hand injections.

    https://bleacherreport.com/articles/...r-jr-a-damaged

I found this interesting article at http://poolcoversite.com/faq.html?tag=Williams by Williams from Canada dated 22 January 2010, 3:20 pm. I would like to share it with all the boxing fans to clear up the issue on painkillers Lidocaine and Xylocaine admittedly used by boxers like Floyd Mayweather Jr., Oscar De La Hoya, and Freddie Roach….. Yes, our good old Freddie also have admittedly used the banned substance when he was a boxer in his prime. Here it is:

“Back in 2007 Floyd's use of xylocaine (or lidocaine) has been questioned by Hatton and was worried that USADA protocols does not test for xylocaine. That's why Floyd insists on USADA protocols-- it's not about the blood. http://www.timesonline.co.uk/tol/spo...cle3019074.ece The issue here in Las Vegas has been whether or not lidocaine was permissible. The drug is not on the banned list of the World AntiDoping Agency (Wada), yet it has been ruled illegal by the Nevada State Athletic Commission (NSAC), below whose authority the contest is being run. The Hattons’ concern was that, although NSAC bans the drug, if the urine samples that the boxers are obliged to give afterwards were sent to a Wada-accredited laboratory, then lidocaine might not be tested for.

At the bout organisational meeting run by NSAC on Wednesday morning, Gareth Williams, Hatton’s lawyer, asked Keith Kizer, the NSAC executive director, if lidocaine would be tested for. “We’d every seen the stories about Mayweather’s hands and we had heard rumours that he uses lidocaine,” Williams said. “So we just wanted to make sure that they complied with the rules and that it would be tested for.” The request did not go down well with John Hornewer, Mayweather’s attorney. Williams said: “He responded by saying: ‘Well, what about grappling?’ I quite facetiously responded: ‘I didn’t think you could test for that.’” Kizer confirmed yesterday that lidocaine is banned for use by boxers within a week of a bout. “If lidocaine is injected,” he said, “the pain receptors in the boxer may not work and he may not know if he is hurt.” He also confirmed that lidocaine would be tested for after the bout, at the Quest Diagnostics laboratory in the city. Mayweather’s hand problems have been long documented but they resurfaced a fortnight ago in an edition of the 24/7 television documentary that showed the boxer having a wax paraffin treatment and quietly acknowledging the issue. xylocaine is lidocaine:

http://www.merck.com/mmpe/lexicomp/lidocaine.html Floyd is a known user of xylocaine. as he admits it himself. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AAIQBcpHpSs

1:36) Jim Lampley, Emmy award-winning announcer: "Although on some states it is illegal, some fighters including Floyd have been known to inject numbing medicine into their hands just prior to a fight."

Floyd uses xylocaine, a banned substance by NSAC for fights in Nevada. The WADA prohibited list allows the use of lidocaine or xylocaine (check it for yourself; look for xylocaine or lidocaine): http://www.wada-ama.org/rtecontent/d...NAL_EN_Web.pdf roach is not worried that Floyd uses xylocaine. roach does not think it's a PED. Roach used it himself after breaking his hand. He also says that he knows Roger uses it in every battle for Floyd since Roach used it himself. http://www.esnips.com/doc/e63f2b95-6...er_esnips_blue even, so I got your attention? LMAO."

The fight was analyzed and scored independently, Floyd did not do enough to win. Manny actually landed more punches. Let’s not forget Burt Clements was one of the judges, same guy who screwed Manny out of a win in the first Marquez fight by not scoring the third knockdown. Moretti is Floyd’s guardian angel.

New Stats Show Floyd Mayweather Didn't Win Fight Against Manny Pacquiao

On the night of the Fight of the Century, Filipino boxer Manny Pacquiao retreated to his corner, confidently believing that he had already won the fight. When the results were announced in favor of his opponent, Floyd Mayweather Jr., he was left astonished, thinking that he won the fight as Mayweather "didn't do nothing." Pacquiao wasn't alone in his astonishment, as the fight's results surprised many other people as well.

Because of this, many have embarked on scrutinizing every angle of the fight and one recent statistics report made by Boxing News 24 shows perhaps what is Mayweather's biggest nightmare: that he didn't win the fight.

Through a careful examination of the fight, they tallied the blows made by each boxer and came up with startling statistics. What they found out magnified the long-standing su****ions over the legitimacy of the punch stats and of the verdict itself.

According to the statistics generated by Boxing News 24's team, Mayweather indeed threw more punches than the Filipino boxer. They observed that he threw a total of 471 punches which is significantly higher to Pacquiao's 414. However, only 68 of those 471 punches landed; 30 punches fewer than Pacquiao's.

The final tallies of the fight's three official judges were all in favor of Mayweather. In the official scorecards, the scores were tallied accordingly: Glenn Feldman 116-112, Burt Clements 116-112, Dave Moretti 118-110. However, in the alternative scorecard made by Boxing News 24's team, they came up with a draw: 114-114.

A number of personalities support these statistics from Boxing News 24 and they have been openly expressing their thoughts to the media since the night of the fight. Formula One champion Lewis Hamilton spoke at the Spanish Grand Prix claiming that when he was watching the fight, he really felt that Pacquiao won. He described the Filipino boxer as "the attacking one."

"Well, I actually thought he did. The fact of the matter is you are the most aggressive one, you hitting him with shots. He [Mayweather] was the one blocking shots. Pacquiao seemed to hit him more times than he hit Pacuqiao," Holyfield said.

            This is old news, friend.

Everyone knows that a lot of the blue blooded boxers (*cough* the Mayweather family and the Fury family *cough cough*) know all the tricks to toe the line and bend the rules without ever fully breaking them, or at least without getting caught.

Didn’t it eventually come out that while Floyd broke some WADA rules, those things were technically allowed in Nevada, where he always fought?

No fighter has fight night weight every fight and neither did Floyd.

Why are haters such a blind bunch of dumb extremists?
the later part of his welter weight fights floyd refused to show fight night weigh ins.

this is not even a point of contention.

Hauser single-handedly destroyed his career and legacy as a writer touting these conspiracy theories.

To this day there is no evidence any of this happened anywhere but Tomas Hauser's imagination.

Seven years later. Not a single shred of evidence has emerged. Because it's fake.

Show me the smoking gun regarding PEDs use or **** off with this.
hauser got blackballed by oscar and the industry. look at what's happening to kanye for telling the truth. you think hauser is more influential and powerful than kanye?

mayweathers didnt have single shred of evidence against pacquiao, that didnt stop them from accusing pacquiao.

they even had the nerve to hire alex ariza after saying all the crap they said about pacquiao.

Mayweather is a natural wonder if science! The only man in Earth who's testosterone levels increase with age.

"Under WADA standards, a testosterone-to-epitestosterone ratio of up to 4-to-1 is acceptable. That allows for any reasonable variation in an athlete’s natural testosterone level (which, for an elite athlete, might be particularly high). If the ratio is above 4-to-1, an athlete is presumed to be doping.

Some athletes who use exogenous testosterone game the system by administering exogenous epitestosterone to drive their testosterone-to-epitestosterone ratio down beneath the permitted ceiling. This can be done by injection or by the application of epitestosterone as a cream. In the absence of a CIR test, this masks the use of synthetic testosterone.

But there’s a catch. If an athlete tries to manipulate his or her testosterone-to-epitestosterone ratio, it is difficult to balance the outcome. If an athlete uses too much epitestosterone - and the precise amount is difficult to calibrate - the result can be an abnormally low T-E ratio."

And this is where it gets especially interesting:

                    "Mayweather’s testosterone-to-epitestosterone ratio for the April 3, 2013, sample was 0.80. His testosterone-to-epitestosterone ratio for the Aug. 18, 2011, sample was 0.69."

Oscar hates Floyd with every fiber of his being and would do anything to discredit him.

You're suggesting Oscar is punishing Hauser for trying to bring down Mayweather???

You are out of your mind.
