Learned a lot today about how Floyd failed his PED test in the Pacquiao fight then was given a waiver by USADA three weeks later after a large donation by Floyd even though they had no authority over the World Anti Doping Administration... subsequently Pacquiao was REFUSED a pain killer for his torn rotator cuff that required surgery after the fight.

Thinking this deserves its own post but I'll wait a few days.

Yet, he also claims that on the eve of the biggest fight of his career he was so dehydrated from making weight that he needed an illegal IV. We are supposed to believe that a seasoned pro allowed himself to be dehydrated on this of all fights? And USADA grants a TUE exception two weeks after he's caught? There was a reason Manny didn't trust USADA back when Floyd first proposed testing, and he was right.
