how many fights in the UK have gone ahead after failed VADA tests?

Seems extremely easy to get away with it unless it gets exposed by a newspaper like this one did, Obviously some whistleblower has told the newspaper.

Basically the British board of control or UKAD don’t work with VADA, So all that happens is The fighter signs with Vada and Vada send their results back to the fighters teams and that’s really the end of it, because they’re not working with the commission.

So the fights and their teams just don’t really have to tell anybody and that will be that. That’s why Conor Benn and Dillian Whyte didn’t even send off for a B-sample, and Coincidentally both had the same trainer at the time. There is no commission in place to even request it, so the fighters just don’t bother.

The British boxing board of control have known about it for over a month and did nothing because they don’t have to because they don’t work with VADA. they have only cancelled it today due to public backlash.

So now you have to question how many British fighters fighting in the UK have failed VADA tests and just essentially ignored it because there is no commission affiliated with VADA to do anything about it anyway.

Question is how many fights have actually had VADA testing? And how many will have them going forward?

VADA is voluntary and is engaged by the fighters to report.

They report their findings. That's all they do. Then the fighters can make their judgements.

The real question BBBofC should be asking is, what are UKAD doing to miss this? And how many fights have been sanctioned with negative results that actually didn't pick up what is happening in the sport?

And forget the B sample. People cry for it to be tested to confirm the result. That's not what it's for. It will confirm the result close enough to 100% of the time to be worthless.
