Todays welterweight era is the real garbage

People make jokes about Khan and Brook, but the shadows of Khan and Brook are some of the best Crawford`s wins.

It is difficult to find worse era of 147 division in the history of boxing.-

Worst thing is we have never really had a clear number one at WW since Floyd retired

We have seen Garcia, Thurman, Brook, Porter Spence all reach the top but not clear out the best challengers and until we see Crawford v Spence it remains that way

The next era looks promising at least with Boots, Stanoinis,Rashidi coming up so far

You can't rely on the current crop of future welters with Ennis leading the pack. 30 fights on his record and not a single step up fight on it. Solution is to drag the 140 stars into the division. Let them have their debut tuneups until they get used to the weight. Or just let nature takes its course as they'll soon be complaining they can no longer make the weight.

Pretty much from lightweight to ww, its piss poor. The FMJ effect cast a long shadow over the whole of boxing. A side this, big purses for fighting non worthy opps, cherry picking and bumpin gums but not delivering what was spoken.

errole spence was given the keys to the castle because he once laid a glove on floyd in sparring. the red carpet was rolled out and that clown could not capitalize. we hav ebeen waiting for him to heal for 3 years so this fight can happen.

They might be good but just don't want to show it. I mean it's too hard for bud to fight spence, to prove he's no1 WW. Bud might beat 160 guys but don't want to take risks
