If Benn popped with UKAD that's a different story, rules being rules. Like it or not, Eubank wants the payday and if he can get a few extra pounds in his bank account along with adding a few extra pounds to his frame than contracted for the weigh-in - feeling he's the naturally bigger and more experienced man - let the man earn is paycheck. They mutually agreed to VADA; they can mutually agree to not consider VADA.
The guy came up dirty, that is what happened lets not make up new rules as we go along. The fight would not happen if not for the fans that paid for the PPV APP on DAZONE that is how they the promoters get there money, make money and so forth. If you are advertising a fight as being above board, double testing and so forth to the the fan and decide that the rules dont matter or lets change them ? come on man............That is exactly what Eddie and the rest of them are doing. They just got a boat load of free advertising from this garbage already, that is how they look at it....keep people talking about boxing . A fighter died in the ring about 8 days ago, nothing to do with drugs but to give someone an advantage in a sport where you might not walk out of the ring again ? Get real......

VADA seems to be the only honest non-biased thing left in boxing..
And it gets ostracized because of that as expected.

yep.. its the only reason its in place is to protect fighters..
I wouldn't be surprised if the insurance for these events being cancelled (when VADA is involved) gets increased, causing further pressure to not include VADA.

Hearn poised to loose a lot of money is why he wants this to continue. He has no integrity for the sport.

This is funny. Hearn actually is saying this has no performance enhancing qualities lmao. Thing is about clomifiene is it increases your testosterone. The reason it was only found in trace amounts in Conor benn is he wasn’t using it at the time of the test he’d been off it for a bit obviously as the fight got closer he knew he’d be tested. Conor benn a dirty fighter it’s pretty clear when u look at the change in his physique the fact he all of sudden started knocking out people like he’s prime Fernando Vargas and has never fought outside of the UK. Matchroom fighters are on the juice that’s why they always get exposed eventually

Whole card off, millions lost, undercard fighters not getting paid and now Peddie Hearn and Sniffer Sauerland will end up suing the British Boxing Board of Control

i don't know.. they're ALL on supplements and enhancers..
they just haven't done their homework on what the difference is with VADA's allowed substances. Just used to the UK legalities.
Same with Billy Joe and his arsehole-widener!
athletes in general wouldn't be the brightest bunch going. so blame the nutritionist or whoever gave him this.

Why did he pull Buatsi out of the Pascal fight if he’s gonna ignore the results anyway? Hearn full of **** as usual.

I'll restate my opinion: let Eubank decide. If he decides not to fight, given the circumstances, good for him. Give him some $ for his trouble. If he decides to fight, good for him. Give him some extra $ and loosen the weigh-in weight and re-hydration clause (unless Benn doesn't agree to those, then cancel the fight and give Eubank some $ for this trouble). Do you know what the acronym VADA stands for? The V is for Voluntary. It's not called MADA. UKAD is basically MADA. Let a MAN decide what he's comfortable with. It's his life; let him live it the best he sees fit.

And I'll add my first post on another thread about this circumstance:

Why isn't it standard protocol when the "A" sample comes back positive that the "B" sample is automatically tested and the results of BOTH are released at the same time? That would accomplish a lot: 1) No more "the B sample hasn't been tested yet" BS 2) If, in the unlikely event the B sample comes back negative, you don't have a fight called off for no reason. There's no good reason to do it any other way than this.
