Preposterous lies and defamation. You must have Clean-nelo Neverroids mixed up with Roid Maywaiver who was allowed an IV waiver, Lidocaine, and an NDA that even VADA had to sign in regards to his PED test results

Roid used these in not only his Majority Decision victory in his own home town against inexperienced Clean-nelo, but he also used them against injured, one-armed Manny Pac-clean-o who required surgery after the fight to become a two armed fighter again.
