I think that was only possible when the UK was part of the European Union, which it is not anymore. Although I may be wrong but I assumed that’s why they could have a license from elsewhere but held the fight in another country

Possibly I don't know the intricacy of this stuff but I'm sure money talks pretty damn loud... but I'm also sure Eddie will explore every option because he's running out of "stars" and Benn was his "next big thing"
