im not in anyway shape or form trying to make excuses for Benn. I don't even like him, find him annoying and a gob****e constantly breaking into boring monologues.
He's lucky he's the son of a legend, otherwise he would not have been handpicked and groomed for success the way he has.

However, i find it odd how vada kept this one to themselves for so long and the bbboc knew about it, but only now are not sanctioning the fight because the story leaked to the media.
How did the story leak to the media? ie who told them and how did that happen? it's like when Hauser reported the news on Whyte's d-bol ukad test. How did that info reach hauser all the way in the US? hauser used to be anti al haymon before he became pro al haymon (obv paid off). At that time i listened to a phone interview with hauser on this story and he basically just started randomly praising al haymon. No cause to even do it, just used the opp to big up al haymon and i swear..that interview was then taken down.

whyte's decided to sue bbboc and wbc and then ukad decided it was 'an isolated contamination event' which only means he was quite literally set up and then the story was leaked to someone like hauser. That whole situation was dodgy AF and it was the main reason i defended Whyte./ I couldnt even fathom why whyte consciously deciding to take D-bol when it is outdated..
On top of all that, there was leaked video with better audio of whyte talking to eddie 'off camera' just before the presser where he and eddie spoke about this situation, with whyte telling eddie 'ive not slept in 3 days because of this' and asking him 'are they setting me up?'.


So with the whyte example in mind, im still inclined to believe something else has really happened here and we'll never know. the fact that eubank's side decided to continue with it weeks ago also points to it as a set up and not real.

HOWEVER i agree with denium when he questions how Benn would go from struggling against journeymen to suddenly turning into a killer. 'killing it in the gym' is not enough because most pro boxers also kill it in the gym. we're supposed to believe he has freak genetic advantages..even when his half brother looks like a pudding despite being a pro boxer aswell.

Why did vada not openly report this when it happened?
