He had a long rest before fighting a shot Kovalev and that was also a poor performance. Yes he knocked him out but this was largely due to Kovalev getting tired and switching off. It was a dull uneventful fight which was largely due to Canelo and the way he decided to fight. Even the Jacobs fight was a close dull fight come to think of it. Bottom line is Canelo only looks good against certain fighters - anyone half decent he looks normal and its a disappointing spectacle for the fans.
We get it...anytime Canelo wins it's because the opponent failed. Anytime Canelo loses its because he's a talentless undisputed World Champion.

You're pretty much right there. When he wins its mainly the level of opposition he faces. Since the GGG rematch the only credible fights he had were Jacobs and Bivol - he beat Jacobs by decision in a dull fight (didn't hurt or drop him once) and got taken to school by Bivol.

What credible fights was Golovkin in since the Canelo rematch? Hell, what credible fights was Golovkin in BEFORE Canelo?

Golovkin doesn't go around claiming he is the P4P#1 and a legend. Canelo does - as such you have to fight the best in your division rather than selecting the weakest and skipping division when the going gets tough. He then has the cheek to call out genuine P4P fighters like Usyk when he has no real intent on fighting them.
Canelo had it set up so he'd finally get a knockout win over a shell of the true Golovkin and use it to solidify his resume and he couldn't manage it. Fighters have injured or broken hands all the time and don't cry about it like Canelo. Canelo is full of chit.

Its not hate though is it - its a factual observation. BJS weighs about 210lbs between fights, Smith unofficially lost to John Ryder before Canelo took the fight and Plant hadn't beaten anyone world class. That leaves Jacobs (dull performance) Kovalev (washed) Yildrim (bum), Fielding (bum) and Bivol (took Canelo to school). What am I missing? This is not hate its facts - and I don't think you like it lol.

When you're blinded with racial hate and jealousy, your perception is skewed. Anyone Canelo beats becomes a bum..because Canelo beat them. Canelo has fought and mostly beaten the very best. Canelo is currently the Undisputed Unified Champion of the World. Canelo is the P4P King of Boxing. Can you handle it?
