Can someone explain to me how Shane Mosley has got in front of B-Hop without having even fought a fight?!

It appears that way, if youre right about how they were. No surprise since Shane is with GBP.

The reason why that is a flawed list is because Paul Williams should be in the top 5. Who else is moving up to fight bigger guys? Of course winning will only help his cause, but it's just the idea. And I think Floyd should be ranked underneath Mosley. Beating the #1 Welterweight is way more impressive than beating up on an old Featherweight.

GBP clearly controls the Ring ratings or at least has a big say in how it goes down. Mosley's last fight was in January and they never put him above B-Hop, but now they have put him above him, coincidently at the same time as he is getting in confrontations with Mayweather after his comeback fight.
