I used to really dog Froch about his slow hands but he throws punches from crazy angles and hits very hard. I think Froch will land a bomb and its all over, mid fight KO Froch.

Something Froch will be favoured in.

We all know that Froch doesn't give a crap about getting hit, as he utilises no defense, but he needs to learn to respect opponents power. Taylor decked him, due to poor footwork.....Taylor is not known for power, and Pascal rocked his chin a few times......Dirrell is no hitter himself, but enough speed connecting does damage.

As long as Froch doesn't leave himself open as previous outings, he should see off Dirrell.
I do agree a lot, very much!

Tin ribs Dirrell will get taken out the first time he trades with Froch.

The Cobra is not going to mess about this time !

Froch wins if he stays disciplined. He needs to stay behind the jab and throw straight rights. When he corners Dirrell, then he can unleash with the hooks and uppercuts. Froch's defence will never be good, but it is much better when he stays behind the jab as he backs up opponents whether he lands cleanly or not. I think we'll see Dirrell run for the majority of the fight and hope to take a decision with flashy combinations, but Froch's aggression and workrate will catch up and eventually get to him. I'm going to take Froch by decision, but I wouldn't rule out a late stoppage.

And Froch retorted with "The only time you put me to sleep was when I watched a few of your middleweight defenses".

Highly doubt that. He's a good fighter though. I want to see a Mundine vs Sturm.

Right on the mark. When Froch uses the jab, he controls fights. Problem is, he get's drawn into a war, disposing any kind of defense he possessed in the first place. Like you said, if he stays disciplined, and respects Dirrells speed, time will be on his side, and he should be able to take over a warn-out Dirrell, either by late stoppage, or decision.

I think that at the fight will go like this.

Phase 1: Dirrell dominates with speed

Phase 2: Dirrell makes a rookie mistake and ends up eating a barrage of headshots

Phase 3: Froch finishes off the badly Hurt Dirrell
