  • Carl Froch Says Nothing Will Help Andre Dirrell

WBC super middleweight champion Carl Froch is not worried about his upcoming title defense against Andre Dirrell on October 17 at the Trent FM arena in Nottingham. Froch tells A. Gomez of LiveFight that he studied tapes of Dirrell and doesn't see a problem dealing with his hand speed or switch-hitting ability. [details]

LMFAO. Froch is awesome. He is slowing building back up his trash talk.

I'll always remember when Taylor said "I'm putting him to sleep".

And Froch retorted with "The only time you put me to sleep was when I watched a few of your middleweight defenses".

    LMFAO.

Carl Froch is obviously out of touch with reality.

He knows he will knock out Dirrell just like he knew he would knock out Joe Calzaghe.

I hate to sound like WLAD OWNS but who has Dirrell beat?

Froch is not an exciting fighter to watch, either. His style is so ugly. Dirrell has been boring, but he's also been electric. He'll need to be at his best to win this fight.

Dirrell by UD, leaning towards ref stoppage though.

the Cobra speaks the truth......Dirrell's soul can be found on e-bay on the Sunday morning after the fight!!!......so maybe a e-bay account could help Dirrell......to get his soul back!!!!

Gotta admire Froch's confidence and gamesmanship, but Dirrell is gonna look like he's fighting in 3-D next to the slower, and much more one-dimensional Cobra. Still, if Froch lands something big early, things could get interesting.
