Regardless of how Morrell feels about a fight with Benavidez, his backers are right. He's had so few fights. He needs a bit more time to make the most of it should the fight present itself.
    Why???
If he puts up a good fight with David he don't lose and off his momentum.
Plus if He pulled it off then hes tge man.
0s gotta go at some point.
Their both prime to fight. Let's see it in the ring.

Where is this video of Morrell saying he won't be ready until next year? You lie about everything and make shlt up. Where's the video other than in your imagination? Go on, deflect like always.
It's in the archives, it's been numerous times over the years with plenty of slaps. Just ask the mod and he can find them.

Those who back fighters are not in the business to make silly decisions. Why rush him when he doesn't need to yet? I fully understand that. Give him a bit more time to get some experience and build his name into what could be a much more attractive fight for fans. If they do it now, not much attention is going to be given to it.

Hey, as a fan i'd happily watch it. But i'm also reasonable to know it's too soon for Morrell right now.

So are you admitting Morrell is a clout chaser?

Genuine question here. Do you struggle with reading comprehension? Did i not say that Morrell was willing to fight Benavidez but his team pulled him back? They obviously had a word with him and made him understand that it's too early regardless of him wanting the fight. Morrell saw sense in this and backed off. He listened to reason. Which he should do. Why have regrets when the reason to his regrets would be clear should he go through with the fight with so little experience and lose? And it's not a case of a loss doesn't mean your career is over. It very well could be should he take a bad beating. Him winning that fight could come down to experience whereas a lack of it could be his undoing. There isn't any rush.

Understand? Why, if you were his backers, would you actually advise him to go for the fight with so little pro ring time? If the answer is yes, you'd get a reputation as being dangerous for a fighters career. You're supposed to look out for your guy. Not let him take ****** risks when there isn't a need to at this point.

He listened to reason huh? It's crazy how fast they were able to persuade him he's not ready for benavidez. If I know I can beat somebody, I'm gonna go in there and prove i can beat them. There's no way anybody can stop me.

no one stopped teofimo from fighting lomachenko even though everybody told him he wasn't ready. nobody stopped canelo from fighting mayweather when he was considered green. No one stopped lomachenko from getting in there with Salido in his second pro fight, and the list goes on and on.

you are so fcking dense. You have to be one of the dumbest members on this board. I can't fathom how you're able to function in real life. Let me reiterate my point. Morrell stated “He speaks as though he’s the boogeyman of the division, well fight me and let’s find out. He’s chasing a fight with Canelo, but I know I’ll give him a beatdown that he’ll never forget." That came out of Morrell's own mouth, to then all of a sudden say "it's not dependent on me if we fight". That is the very definition of clout chasing. I don't care if his team talked him out of it. Obviously he's not as confident as he let on to be.

He's not ready. Everyone knows he's not ready. He himself thought he could whoop benavidez and he was talking like he was willing to get in the ring with him then did a complete 180. Don't talk **** unless you're about it.

Do you understand? how thick is your fcking skull.

He shouldn't be saying he's ready and wants him next

As Koba has already explained GGG wasn't financially backed like a Cotto or Canelo at this point in his career.
He thought all that were will to fight him..
It's a pity his prime was wasted on the c-b level fighters..
                    it is what it is..
Im disappointed he didnt do more in first Nelo foght to get a decisive win.
Second fight was awesome too see GGG Take over last 5 rounds.
It show huge heart and grit to cone back frim being down and getting hurt and countered to in my scores was a draw.
Maybe I'm a bit biased for GGG for his obvious paid off judge in first fight.
                    All said and done
GGG turned out to be a good fighter that got his fights too late..
                    still HOF.

Ask the mod you know it little Kid-knee that's why you are so obsessed with me and I live rent free in your head. It's because some months back I made a comment about how I ran you out in the past and instead of denying it you just went on a 6 month rant of nothingness it's ****ing hilarious. Oh yeah and it's there to be seen, just like me running you out of multiple threads over the years with your head held low like a good *****.
