those fights will have taken a lot out of him. Most big punchers lose the ability to pull the trigger once they get knocked out and get older. If Wilder can’t pull the trigger or has become a split second slower doing it, he really hasn’t got much else to work with.
George Foreman disagrees and he was battered from pillar to post in more than a few fights.

I read these comments, and I can just tell each of these people can totally relate to that feeling of what it means for their hometown to build a statue in their honor.

Oh boy. At least he’s not too modest.

Looks like he thinks he wins fights just because he is so amazing. Can’t wait for Helenius to land an uppercut and some hooks to the ribs. See how great he will be feeling after that.

                I hope you're happy, Tuscaloosa.

You gassed this guy up by giving him a statue and now he's going to keep fighting even after his heart isn't in it anymore.

Hopefully he continues to work on his SKILLS so that he can avoid major punishment. Instead of just relying on his power all the time.

Wilder is one win away from becoming Jesus himself. The world needs him.

but foreman took a long break. he had a lot of rest and recuperation. foreman was also a much more stout fighter with a much stronger core than wilder who has very skinny legs and a weak core.
