  • Shakur got touched twice in a row..

Valdez did good body work on him but his lack of pure boxing skills, limited punch power and small size prevented him.

Yesterday, another pure boxer Conceicao made him ordinary. Maybe he couldn't win lots of rounds but there were many "close rounds".

Shakur's style will be exposed at 135 by Loma. I also see Zab Judah syndrome on him. He is frustrating.

He got touched a few times but to say he looked ordinary is ridiculous. He wasn't fighting a bum.

Shakur throws A LOT of questionable low blows. He does have a nice delivery of a straight 2 to the body but there were more than a few that strayed low.

With that said, Shakurs lack of power will be his down fall unless he's matched very carefully above 135. He was the bigger man last night, worked 12rds to the body, and still left his opponent standing.

Canelo got a lot of **** all week for beating a much better/dangerous fighter by UD but Shakur is praised for his skill. Can't make this sh.t up.

Not impressed. At 135 he gets schooled by Haney, Loma, Kambosos, and maybe even Teo. His best chance at a big win would be Ryan Garcia who sucks, possibly Tank if he doesn’t get caught with something big.

So basically you're not analyzing the fight. You're just here to make Canelo look better by lying about the fight to make Stevenson look bad. You Canelo fan boys are so transparent

BTW, Canelo didn't fight the better or more dangerous fighter. He fought a washed-up one that threw more punches than he did.

Stevenson gets schooled by Kambosos? That's funny Ghostofklansmen.

Isn't he always the bigger man??? At least so far? Am I missing something?

His lack of pop will be an issue.

He may be able to beat Kambosos at 135, because he also lacks pop and it will just be a technical boxing match. Shakur would win that.

Versus Haney, the grappling master, who is way better at holding than Conceicao is, will frustrate the hell out of Shakur while holding and jabbing him. But I think Shakur has a chance to beat Haney, because again, Haney has 0 pop. It will be a technical boxing match.
