Stevenson is without a doubt a skilled operator but he has maybe the most unlikeable personality in an active boxer at the moment. People have pegged him to eventually end up at welter due to his dimensions, but the kid can’t punch his way out of a paper bag. It will be interesting to see how he fares at the higher weights. Teofimo Lopez who was a monstrous puncher at lightweight seems ordinary at 140, I think all of Stevenson’s wins moving forward will have to be from dominant boxing performances. Haney vs Stevenson will be very intriguing if neither fight an aging lomachenko

The fight was actually somewhat entertaining as Robson came to fight for the first half but in the 2nd his legs were gone and he was for the taking, if Shakur had some power he would've been able to stop him but unfortunately he is severely lacking in that department. I don't think he could crack an egg with brass knuckles. Even with the weight advantage as well as youth on his side he always kept it in 1st gear.

The thing that bothers me was him complaining about Robson holding. Did he not watch his fights against Valdez and Nakathila? He was holding a lot in those fights especially whenever they got in the inside, so you can't complain when others do something that you do yourself.

i like his personality. He’s just overrated. I don’t drink soy. They’re fighters not whatever you are. He’s just overrated. But you know Disney and Bob are stuck in the past and think this guy is good for boxing.

Nailed it. The broadcasters who’re on his side complained about holding even ***** ass word who always says it’s part of the game. Eliminate holding, guys like haney and stevenson are done. They need help to win.

Whoever’s doing their scoring has had some terrible scoring these past few months. Stevenson though outweighed Robson by at least 20-30 lbs, and still didn’t look that good against a c class fighter.
Your last sentence show’s me you have some bias. That’s probably what clouded your viewing and scoring in a fight everyone had a dominant shut-out lol.
C class fighter that lost a controversial decision against Valdez a 2 weight champion?
Stevenson outweighed Valdez by at least 20-30lbs? So Stevenson was 160-175 on fight night? this is pure comedy.

Tank and Ryan would’ve finished Conceicao under those conditions.

                    Stop it.
Shakur was walking down Robson all night.. he didn’t care about getting hit cleanly. It’s called boxing my friend. Fans like you complain when a fighter is on the back foot for the majority of the fight then complain when a fighter tries to come forward and press the action!
who cares what ryan and tank would’ve done, they have great power but are average defensively and nothing special technically - Shakurs skillset is going to take him further than that... wanna know why? because power means zilch.
