Mosley turned down an unknown 130 lber to fight a guy that was ranked #2 on the P4P lists and was a bigger fighter. Mayweather has ducked Mosley on two occasions to fight smaller fighters. Each time Mayweather fought Marquez and Hatton, Mosley was chasing his chicken prints.

If Mayweather won't fight Mosley, then the only choice he's got is to settle for Berto. And even after he knocks Berto out, Mayweather and his gay mafia will continue to keep making excuses why Mayweather shouldn't fight him. I think Mosley should fight Paul Williams after he beats Kelly Pavlik. That fight will be a big money fight then and Mosley can try to make history for himself and win a title at Middleweight. Because other than the Cotto loss, that is the other excuse that Floyd fans use is the Paul Williams factor. At least Shane knows the guy exists unlike Floyd. Floyd has said, "Who is Paul Williams?" But I'm actually a P-Will fan because he personfies everything that Floyd Mayweather is not.

When I hear things like if Cotto outboxed Mosley, what do you think Mayweather would do to him? Mosley fought the worst fight that he could've that night and still should've got the decision over Cotto in my opinion. Jack Mosley couldn't even tell what round it was to Shane and he didn't go after Cotto like he should've. Mosley should've gotten the decision over Cotto not because he has the balls to call Mayweather out unlike Cotto. But he outlanded Cotto in power punches and pressed the fight in the championship rounds.

If you noticed in the Margarito-Mosley fight Shane was punching in combos and most notably, he wasn't throwing a flickering type jab. It was a jab that had mustard behind it. I know Margarito is easy to hit, but it's still the idea that Mosley improved his jab in that fight. I am actually kind of glad that Mayweather has ducked Mosley all this time because Mosley only got better after his fight with Cotto in my opinion. I don't judge Mosley that much from his performance against Mayorga because Mayorga was a frigging Lightheavyweight and Mosley scored a one-punch KO on him. Even Tito couldn't do that.

I find it hilarious and yet frustrating at the same time that a lot of Floyd fans are trying to use Cotto as a protection shield to defend their little ducking *****.

Nice argument and all, but it ain't that simple. I mean, Shane wasn't fighting differently against Marg because he realized (after all this time) what style would work best. He was doing that because he was ALLOWED to. You think he didn't want to get combos off on Cotto? Of course he did.. but Cotto disrupted him with the jab all night. He really neutralized Mosley's rhythm.

That being said, Mayweather hardly jabs that much. He definitely won't base his gameplan off of it, anyway. So comparing Cotto's approach to what Mayweather would do is not really realistic.

That's probably what he's waiting for homey. Shane will be 39 next year with maybe 53 or 54 fights under his belt, and there's no way a Shane-Boatbuyer fight happens in 2009, if ever at all. The longer Floyd delays it, the less credit he will eventually get.

I'm not blaming him for the contracted date (not 'dates', as there has only been one), but what the hell is he waiting for? His comeback fight should have been against Mosley, not ****ing Marquez. This is simple: the longer a fight doesn't happen, the more faded Mosley gets and the less of a challenge he becomes. He's nearly 39, dammit. Shane and Floyd should get this fight arranged TODAY.
