Boxing PPV is just in a bad state save for some rare exceptions. This wasnt really a PPV quality fight but still it should have done maybe 150k ish considering they're both considered top 10 HWs and have some name value because of the AJ and Wilder fights.

Martin vs Ortiz,Thurman vs Barrios,Ruiz vs Ortiz,Wilder vs Helenius,Ruiz vs Arreola,Tank vs Rolly/Cruz.....all **** fights that had no business being on PPV.

I think with fights like this, they don't even care about breaking even. They just can't afford to put the card on for free on FOX, so they'll take the extra ppv money to subsidize the budget.
