I grew up in the ****** also and i live in oakland. I know full well what the circumstances are to doing something like that, but the reality is, getting in a fight and winning will lead to that **** no matter what. Unless you yourself run with a crew thats feared, losing a fight and losing face is enough for that to happen. If someone has a problem with you, winning a fight is enough to have others jump in days later etc. I dont understand why you think an act of chivalry like "not hitting on the ground" would prevent that.
Bully got KO'ed...Love this ****.

most kids that were looking for fights already had knives on them in the first place. person with a knife vs multiple people with a knife=your day just got ruined.I meant bring a weapon if you are about to get jumped, they will normally not want anything to do with you then.
That has rarely happened with me, because i rarely fight with crowds of people around. I was taught to catch someone by themselves, because that way there is no one to help him. And the fights that were at my old high school, i only seen girls jump and help their friends when they need help. I see we come from two completely different places.
Its not over until its over, and i wouldn't even want to take that risk. When i was in middle school, I seen this one kid( i think his name was Jeffrey) lose a fight and his face was merked 100%. The boy he was fighting, went over to give him a hand shake and said ''we're cool'' and Jeffrey said ''Yeah sure''. Then he punched him and they started fighting against. I'm the type of person that just wants to get it over with, and I'm not in my right mind as soon as I'm done fighting. I have a major temper problem.
maybe we do just come from different places, but fights almost never started when it was just two people alone. if a kid new he might be in a fight in the future, he got people to go with him whereever he went, including on the way home.
although thats also because people who walked alone sometimes got robbed or jumped for the hell of it, lol. we had a lot of 'groups' in my high school, even with their wannabe gangs...so its not like everyone got along and talked to everyone else.
and your example is from middle school. middle school kids are the biggest morons of any age group. theyre little kids exposed to adult issues, and a little kid would rather take any kind of pain instead of being embarressed. beating someone up to me aint destroying their face, but KOing them. any fight Ive been in was ended by the other guy in la la land with no will to fight. Im still a little cautious while helping them up and practically walk sideways as I walk away, but no ones ever come after me when their head is spinning.
not that Ive been in a ton of fights...I kept a low profile, and people that dont ask for it generally dont get it. just my experience, and from what Ive seen of others.Comment

yea, some kids will do that as long as they lose...no matter what...especially if you and him are of different races(in my high school)I grew up in the ****** also and i live in oakland. I know full well what the circumstances are to doing something like that, but the reality is, getting in a fight and winning will lead to that **** no matter what. its not really a matter of 'hitting while on the ground', because I do that(just not too much because I feel bad about it, and its more convincing if I let the guy get up and drop him multiple times to break his spirit). its continuing to hit them when theyre clearly gone and done for.
if you do a certain amount of damage to someone, then theyll take it as you going 'to the next level'. and it really just goes downhill from there.Comment

That karate kid one was the best.
Great technique aswell, that black fella didn't know what to make of it, it automatically made him slightly nervous which made him naturally defensive, he then didn't come forward as agressively as he might have, and got KTFO'd.

That was good but this is the best one. Some tough guy tries to intimidate a skater with a gun and then get fcked up.
