Where is the meat on this resume? There is none. Jacobs and canelo is it. And he went 1-2-1 in those fights.

If you don't think the names they beat are 'notable' thats your opinion, although I differ. The fact they were ranked as top MWs at the time, by various organizations and publications is 'fact' I am not rewriting history, just stating facts.

You can say 'fact' after your opinions all you want, its the internet people do it all the time. But what I stated and claimed to be fact is fact, not opinion.

Murray, Stevens, Rubio were all top 10 middleweights at one point in the early 2010s, he KO'd each of them in the early 2010s.

I know most fans werent paying attention to him at that time, the fact that you missed/ignored two top 5 guys of the time lends credence to that argument (or you were just being disingenuous to push an agenda). Regardless, GGG 8-12 years ago was KOing many of the top middleweights, we can acknowledge it or not, but it still happened.

He didn't look bad to me. Aging pretty well for a fighter and took by far the least amount of damage in this fight vs the other Canelo fights and even the recent Derevy and Murata fights.

GGG decided to box cautiously against a dangerous fighter and came out 2nd best. It happens.

I agree he should probably retire though - there isn't really an obvious good fight for him out there. Nothing that compared money wise really.

Golovkin did well in the fight even if he didn't get the win. I mean his face was not disfigured this time unlike in the Derevyanchenko fight. Man, that was a very hard fight for GGG. I thought Derevy won that fight. So I'm satisfied with the fight, no one got hurt and most of all it's not a controversial win for Canelo this time. What more could you ask for?

The thing with GGG is he fought the same bad fight that he fought in the second fight....but worse. GGG never had to win his fights on points, therefore he doesn't know how to. He used to win his fights by stoppage. He can't be expected to do this at an elite level - it gets harder to knock better fighters out. It amazes me how much boxers and their weak excuses for trainers don't know basic math. Canelo knows basic math - which is why he tries to win rounds from the start of fights; he knows that at the elite level against better competition that a knockout will not necessarily come. Therefore the next way to win, would be by on points. GGG for the second time, got it going way too late in the fight. He didn't start getting it going going until the 6th round in the second fight. And he didn't start getting it going until the 9th round in fight three. That was poor/dumb execution on his part. He still showed that he can compete - especially from rounds 9, going forward. While he's older, and has lost a step, he's better than his last 2 fights with Canelo would indicate. GGG is more dumb, and should learn basic math...than he is ready to retire.
