Everyone I talked to about the Mayweather-Marquez card, did not feel like they got their money's worth, and did not enjoy the card and especially not the main event.

Where do you live in the bay area? I live in oakland, the consensus was certainly the opposite. Alot of people i know saw it in packed movie theaters in union city and in san jose. I was suprised to hear how many people were in the theaters myself.

I don't take what Dana says too seriously. Same with Oscar De la hoya. They're both promoters and I don't think they say what they really believe. They're just trying to sell. It's just funny that they both sound ridiculous sometimes.

FC President Dana White took another shot at boxing and Floyd Mayweather Jr. during the 103 post-fight press conferences in Dallas, TX, last night. Mayweather and White are notorious for exchanging unpleasantries about their differing professions.

"I bought the Floyd Mayweather fight back here in the room and it ******," White said. "It ****** just like I thought it would, just like I knew it would. It was horrendous. It went to a 12-round boring decision."

Mayweather vs. Marquez went the distance, in which Mayweather won by decision. Mayweather looked unscathed after going 12 full rounds, and was found partying at Studio 54 shortly after the event.

the thing i love about boxing is the fact that at any moment things can change and someone can win. this fight did not provide that feeling. i dont consider the card bad though as it was the first time i got to see katsidis and will definetly will not be the last. i personally would love to see katsidis and valero. that has entertaining writen all over it.

I love how I can go into a sports bar and there'll be some MMA **** on the big screen and nobody in the entire bar even cares who the **** is fighting. They watch it with about as much interest as Bum Fights. Nobody even recognizes if it's UFC 35 or UFC 101 or UFC 10-whatever.
