Used to think Kamaru Usman could beat Canelo. Now I realize he could never.

In a street fight of course I’d favour Usman

Although because of his wrestling not his BJJ

      It's 2 different sports
I can't use what I've seen from 1 to dictate how he would do against the other.

Truth is I believe ANYONE can beat ANYONE with the correct preparation,
Usman himself became a Black Belt in Jiu Jitsu because his toughest fights came against good grapplers
he literally transformed his capabilities just like that.
I don't know if Usman has ever trained Boxing to a competent level
but he's shown me a freakish ability to learn immensely in a short period of time.

      that being said
in a pure Boxing match I will go with Canelo just due to experience
but I don't expect it to be a walk in the park for Canelo regardless how Kamaru comes in.

In the streets, a boxer would win most of the time. He’s not just going to let himself get taken to the ground.
