Holyfield vs Ruiz had more drama than Golovkin vs Alvarez..

I don't think Golovkin vs Alvarez was a bad trilogy. It was clearly a very high level match up skill for skill.

I think it is more so Alvarez's style which lead to the action being kind one paced. Golovkin if pushed would of always pushed back equally.

I was never really that engrossed by the match up anyway. Not really a big fan of ether fighter.

O I forgot they fought 3 times that was a very useless trilogy. But didn’t pacquiao drop Bradley a couple of times and make him roll on the canvas lol.

first two were exciting, last one was a dud. Definitely won't be remembered as a classic, no memorable moments whatsoever.

I think we were expecting a barn burner from these two and never got one. They were all chess matches, enjoyable but not the action packed fights we expected.

I agree with the poster who said Pacquiao-Bradley, Arum got so greedy he milked an entire trilogy out of that stinker.

Garbage would be an understatement. I hope I never see either in a ring again. I don't watch Triple Bum anyway.

They were too good and too smart to get knocked out or hurt. Thus, we never got to see major moments of drama.

This too. This what has me kind of worried about the Spence vs Crawford fight.
