Some are saying GGG looked bad because he aged instead of because he stepped up in competition level. GGG fangirls are the dumbest fans since the Pactards. The guy didn't look the best against a blown up shell of Ouma when he was 29. He looked great against bums. Once he stepped up in competition level, he looked straight up and down with no special effects. He went life and death with Danny Jacobs, lost to Derevyanchenko, got a draw with Canelo and then got the Mexican style beat out of him by Canelo. His fans think he is better than guys like prime Roy Jones lol.

I think if GGG wins or somehow gets a stoppage then a lot of people will say Canelo is washed up, coming off a loss, moving down in weight, and 2 of 3 of those are definitely true. So there will always be haters. Just gotta try and keep it real to yourself, all you can do.

So is GGG paying the judges now? Lol. Just because GGG looks poor in some rounds and Canelo wins some clear rounds, you don't just give all the rest to Canelo too lol.

No, this fight played out how I expected actually. First round classic feel out round, Canelo then takes over with his speed for the next half of the rounds, then he slows and GGG finally settles in and is able to make it a bit of a fight.

I could have seen anything from a Canelo KO from the early onslaught, to a GGG finding his wind a bit earlier than expected and winning a narrow decision. GGG by KO was a longshot, but Canelo certainly tried to gas himself out enough to give him a look there too.
