Trace amounts of clenbuterol were found in his urine samples.

No clenbuterol was found in his hair follicles.

That's consistent with his story of eating contaminated meat.

Did it ever occur to you that perhaps the hair follicle test was a load of chit? That would be consistent with a chit contaminated meat excuse.

I got limited knowledge on the subject but this guy knows the score

"In short, hair follicle tests are a flawed testing method that has been discouraged in PED testing around the world. Equine (horse racing) have used this testing for years - and since seen to be wildly inaccurate.

For example, if testing subject A has dark hair, they are up to 4x more likely to have an accurate reading over 5 tests in comparison to someone with blonde or ginger hair.

This may have been the sole reason why Canelo’s team used the follicle test in the first place - from the outside it looks like they went the extra mile for more stringent testing. Whereas, the truth is anything but that. The reality is, Canelo could have undertaken 20 different follicle tests, knowing that a number of these would come back with very low dose rates. His team could then disregard the majority of these with high results and only publish the minority result with low readings.

This would align perfectly with the ‘tainted meat’ theory. It sounds like tinfoil hat territory, but I assure you, using the hair follicle method is nothing more than smoke and mirrors".

I saw that on another site I saw canelo was 167.4 way before the actual weigh in. He's probably the opposite now about 176-180

Wow! Yes, this is a great fight. I can't wait! I'm a fan of both Canelo and Golovkin, but go Golovkin!

It's funny how after the positive clenbuterol test everyone was screaming for Canelo to do hair follicle testing.

Then after he does hair follicle testing it's a flawed testing method.

Yeah, when the fight started he looked soft. He looked slow and old. He should retire.
