All argument should always end with the weight when comparing Manny and Floyd's performance against Marquez. Pacquiao fought Marquez twice with conditions fair and square, it's as simple as that. On the other hand, Floyd from the very beginning when his bout was signed with Marquez has all the advantages especially in weight. First making it a secret catchweight, then announcing it at 144 when Floyd really had no intention of making it from the very beginning. Mayweather from the very start was planning all along to outweight Marquez at for this fight. Proof, why did Team Maywetaher disclosed their weight during fight night. Think people, these are the facts we gotta stick to...
No matter how much they weighed, Marquez was made to look like an Ameture. He looked lost and couldnt figure out Mayweather. Floyd beat him with left hooks and jabs to the body..lolComment

pac went to hell with JMM because his style fits into JMM's style
mayweather had an easy time with JMM because he's simply the more skillful fighter. the weight advantage, while obviously a benefit, was not the determinant in that fight. it was floyd simply being a more skillful fighterComment

Being that heavy effected JMM. JMM might not have felt it before the fight, but once you start trading blows and need to use your wind and cardiovascular you notice the extra weight you are carrying and you get tired faster.
Marathon runners would run slower times as well if they had to carry half a stone more. Same with JMM.Comment
