I agree, I thought Marquez won the third fight and was already showing that he can land solid right hands.

GGG absolutely won the first fight. Everyone who watched it & re-watched it knows.
GGG has never been knocked down in 394 fights (A & Pro).
Canelo must win by decision, and if GGG really hustles for 12 rounds he can win.
The 4th fight will be hyped like you have never seen.

If GGG wins, he would never fight canelo a 4th time. He already feels he beat canelo anyway. A win would close the chapter for him.

He's far surpassed anything #48 would ever dream to accomplish. I don't remember Canelo ever fervently avoiding PED testing at his peak, even though he was caught once! More credibility, more accomplished. There is no comparison at this point.

Nice article. I was making this comparison myself. Thanks for painting the memory of my favorite fight. How on earth could you score GGG Canelo 1 a draw though? That wasn't a close fight.

Well he did cancel VADA before his fight with Liam Smith. Whether or not he was at his peak is another story.
