The two positions are not mutually exclusive. Canelo underestimated Bivol AND Bivol is better technically.

Ask around. WW has historically been among the deepest and most competitive divisions in boxing, going back to the beginning and through till today. It just makes sense that there would be a direct correlation between the size of division and its depth and competitiveness. Check Boxrec. The number of registered fighters swells between LW and JMW and then tapers off considerably above and below that range. Presently, the LW division has the most ranked professional fighters (2,220), followed by JWW (2,125) , WW (2,069) and JMW(1,956). The numbers taper off precipitously after that, mostly linearly through to the top and bottom divisions. Heavyweight has 1,348 ranked fighters, while strawweight has just 240.

Nothing fake about Canelo beating a washed up fighter , Kovi
Sorry but the fight with Bivol was nowhere close
If they rematch , I see Bivol beating him even worse
          Oh , and I ain’t no hater
