No. 3 months to add 7 lbs of pure muscle is hard. Plus as you're bulking, you're gonna lose speed. So after you bulk, you gotta train for speed again.

JMM did a great job adding weight but not speed. Just watch 24/7, nacho beristain was complaining about JMM's speed.

first off contrary to your belief you can critique a fighter's performance and still praise the winner. JMM did indeed look like **** as a welterweight I don't see how that can be disputed. He looked bulky didn't look like his crisp counterpunching self and tired at the end of the fight which is something he is not known for. To me, and a lot of others sitting ringside, the weight played a huge factor in that.

however, this is not to take away from the virtuoso performance Mayweather painted against him. Remember, short of Mayweather and maybe Hopkins, JMM is the smartest man in the ring whenever he fights and Mayweather had to be cognizant of that at all times. JMM hit Mayweather cleaner than I have seen him hit at welter and yes that includes his one fight stint at 154 against DLH.

in the end both fighters did exactly what most expected but hoped would not have happened. Mayweather dominated, JMM showed he has no business above 140, maybe 135 and the world can go on

Mayweather is that good, yes mayweather is an idiot for saying allot ALLOT of ****** things i agree. manny pacquiao is more of an ambassador of the sport how can you not like the guy? but it's not about who you like as a person it's about what they do in the square ring. that's it!

        Mayweather landed 290 of 493 (59 percent) blows to Marquez's 69 of 583 (12 percent). Mayweather's jab was also dominant as he connected with 185 of 316 (59 percent) to Marquez's 21 of 288 (7 percent).

        Respect it!

I'm not going to say who would win with pac and may tho i lean towards different fighters for different reasons. i would love to see a way where both sides see how good they actually are. A war to the limit!
LOl. If I had a whole year to train for Wladimir Klitchko I would still get my ass kicked. My excuse would be that he's bigger and better lol

weight matters! there's a reason why there are weight divisions!!!

it wasn't a matter of training. jmm just has absolutely no business at WW. it didn't help that floyd cheated and came in heavy

obviously i know weight matters... I'be been watching boxing for 15 years i've been around the block.

But in comparison to all the controversy surrounding Manny fights and catch weights i see it no different. He was 2 pounds over. the logic pac fans use is 2 pounds is no big thing...

man i sooooooooo hope pac wins!
