Of course Lomachenko needs that fight. It's the only thing to make him instantly relevant again and at the lowest risk.... well, Garcia would be the lowest risk but that guy isn't fighting anyone with a pulse. That's for certain.

I don't see Loma winning against Haney. Devin is too big and long, while Loma is small with little T-rex arms Haney will bust him up with the jab and combinations using distance and movement. Haney is a skilled boxer that understands his strengths, he will piece him up from the outside, and if/when Loma does get inside, he didn't carry his power from 130 to 135, so Haney doesn't have to worry about one shot, just avoiding multiple combinations. But Loma won't be able to get off multiple combinations because we all know that Haney knows his strengths, which includes aggressively clinching/hugging when his opponent makes him uncomfortable inside, especially with the length and reach difference, clinching with be easy. Then its make to the outside with jabs, movement, and combinations from distance. I just don't see how Loma wins.
